Would it be wrong of the rest of the country to secede from Washington, D.C.?

    I was going to say all the state governors should do it as an April Fool’s joke, but then it occurred to me it might actually be in our best interests anyway. ;)

    You have heard of ‘globalism’, right?

    Countries are just this quaint memento from the 80s. Something to feel a transitory gladness about during the Olympics opening ceremony.

    The real question is should you secede from McDonnell-Douglas, and all those other arms dealers.

    And yes, you should. Get onto that right away.
